At the plaza you will find over 20 bars and restaurants to choose from and here you also have your local grocery store. The apartment is located on the second floor in a gated complex with a large terrace overlooking the surrounded garden and quiet pool area.

Parking spaces are available on the street or at the parking lot just across the street. If you want to try another famous golf course you will find Campoamor, Las Ramblas and Las Colinas just within a few minutes drive.

The rental price includes everything (wifi, international tv channels, electricity, water, towels and bed linen etc.) except the final cleaning and laundry fee of 60€ that is paid to the property manager on arrival.

Standard check in: from 14:00 (2pm) / Standard check out: 10:00 (10am)

Out of hours arrival and departure fees may apply: €15 between 8.00pm – 10.00pm and €25 if later. Departures before 8.00am €15

Seasonal rental prices:

November – March €345 / week

April – June & October €445 / week

July – September  €595 / week

If your required dates are more or less than a week we will give you a specific price for those dates.
